Hello! I’m Haritha

Hi, I’m Haritha, a Product Manager, an eternal learner, and someone who is deeply curious about the world and the human experience. My journey, like most people’s, has been anything but linear. I’ve navigated the highs of building products and leading teams and the lows of self-doubt and uncertainty. Along the way, I’ve realized that the most profound lessons often come from the messy, imperfect parts of life—the ones we don’t always talk about openly.

This blog isn’t a declaration that I have all the answers or that I’ve “figured it out.” Far from it. This space is an extension of my journey, a place where I can reflect, share, and connect with others who are also trying to make sense of their own paths. It’s about celebrating growth in all its forms—whether it’s learning how to lead with empathy, exploring ideas about business and innovation, or simply finding ways to live more authentically and intentionally.

 As an Ambassador for Google’s Women Techmakers Program, I’m passionate about creating spaces where women can share their voices, experiences, and aspirations. 

I believe in the power of stories and shared experiences. I’ve been inspired by countless people—through their writing, their talks, or even a passing conversation—and I hope to pay that forward.
